baked potato bar

Tonight we will be having baked potatoes with what ever I can find to go on top... so far we have

Chili
green onions
sour cream
cheese
leftover stroganoff (see recipe from thursday)


This is a great way to use up leftovers from the week because you can put just about anything on baked potatoes!!

I just washed and pierced 4 small Idaho Spuds and put them in the oven at 375 You can raise this temp as high as 425 if you are in a hurry but I have lots of time and I like them to bake a little slower as the middle gets softer and the outside gets crunchier.

As side dish i'm thinking green beans!
